Afterwork Weaving Sessions – Self-practice

Every Tuesday and Wednesday from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm

Learning a craft is all about repetition and becoming familiar with the tools and materials. If you’ve already participated in one of our workshops or are an experienced weaver, we invite you to join our weekly Afterwork Weaving Sessions . Every Tuesday and Wednesday, we provide the opportunity to rent a set-up loom and work on it independently. There are five different looms available, prepared and ready for weaving. Our weekly self-guided sessions are ideal for continuing your weaving practice at your own pace.

If you’ve attended our Weaving Basics class, you are welcome to use the warping wheel to create a warp.

Note: If you’d like to rent a loom for a larger project, please send us your request via email.

By booking a weaving class and using the open studio, you agree with all of the studio terms and conditions below:

  • Please consider carefully before signing up for one of our classes or purchasing a class for another person.
    As we are operating as a small business with limited capacity, each person makes an important contribution and a short notice in cancellation can make it difficult to fill your spot.

  • No refunds will be given on gift cards or on our weaving pass..

  • We are a fully equipped weaving workshop with many tools and equipment. Though weaving is a safe craft it is still possible to hurt yourself through carelessness. Please be mindful and take care of yourself and others.

  • By taking part in the weekly weaving sessions all participants must ensure they have private liability insurance.

  • If you need to cancel your booking, please be aware of our policies: If the cancellation is 30 or more days before the start of the workshop, you have the option of rescheduling or receiving a full refund minus a 25€ processing fee. A course or self-guided session cancelled fewer than 30 days from the start of your booking, cannot be refunded nor rescheduled. No refunds will be given on gift cards.

  • There is often a dog called Malika at the studio. Let us know in advance if you have allergies or are afraid of dogs so we can arrange for Malika to be absent during the open studio time.
